2. Return Eligibility:

・Returns are only accepted if the product key has not been redeemed or if there is a product defect. In the case of a product issue, please report it within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Rule Violations and Refunds:

・Violating any of the General Rules will result in a ban from the platform. If a user has purchased a product and then breaks the rules, no refund will be granted.
